Electrical & Mechanical Inspection

Using thermal imaging, we identify abnormal heat patterns in electrical and mechanical systems that may indicate loose or overheating connections, overloaded components, electrical imbalance, bearing wear, and developing problems in motors, pumps and other critical equipment. As part of a preventive and predictive maintenance program, annual thermal inspections help identify issues before failure, reduce unplanned downtime, improve safety, all while equipment remains in operation.

Applications: Electrical panels and switchgear, transformers, motors and drives, bearings and gearboxes, pumps and compressors, HVAC and refrigeration systems, generators, industrial machinery, process equipment, and other critical electrical and mechanical systems.
